Methods of recruitment are a manner of forming connections with potential employees. Various methods for recruiting employees can be categorised into the following categories: 


1. Direct Advertising 

Job postings on your company's website, job boards, social media, and industry periodicals are all good ways to attract a large number of applications. It also increases your company's reputation by exposing your employer branding. External advertising, on the other hand, can be quite costly.


2. Talent Pool Data

Always look through your talent pool data for candidates and applicants who were not hired but were good enough to keep. Most recruiting decisions necessitate a choice between two or three candidates.
